Frequently asked

Do I need an AliExpress developer account?

No. The extension reads AliExpress product pages directly. You only need an AliExpress Affiliate Tracking ID (free signup, 2 minutes) if you want commission attribution.

How does AI translation work?

Two modes: (1) saia-tech managed — pre-pay a small wallet ($3-$25) and we handle OpenAI for you. Each import costs roughly $0.0002 to $0.002 depending on product description size — we charge OpenAI's actual cost + 20%. (2) Bring your own — any OpenAI-compatible provider: OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, Mistral, Ollama, LM Studio.

Does it work with Shopify?

WooCommerce only. Shopify support might come later.

What about my data?

Credentials are encrypted locally with AES-GCM on your machine. The extension only talks to your WooCommerce store, AliExpress, and (optionally) saia-tech for AI translation. See the Privacy Policy.
